Bexhill on Sea -Declan is the most helpful person I’ve ever met regarding selling and buying property. He went overboard to ensure that every step of the process was dealt with in a quick and efficient manner. The fact that we were buying in
Surrey / Outer London had no affect regarding the distance. We were kept updated and the sale went through smoothly. If I were to buy a property anywhere in this country I would use Almost home!

Park Crescent, Hastings - "When considering agents, Almost Home was the only agent we could find that clearly displayed fees on their website, 1% & No VAT, which in the end saved us over £1,900. From day one Declan and Frances were professional, efficient, thorough and responded promptly to any queries. Declan never seemed to clock off and it wasn't unknown to receive e-mails that had been sent at midnight! The photographs, floorplans and property details were extremely well presented. We thought the picture plus floor plan was fabulous and we'd never seen that type of plan before.
Declan always went above and beyond what he needed to do. When we lost a property we were aiming to buy in Scotland and were at a low point, Declan appeared early evening on our doorstep to help us come up with a plan and was always the voice of calm during what was at times a very stressful experience. As we have often said, "everyone needs a Declan in their life when moving."
